At the time of induction, Avent served as senior advisor of the division of health center management for the Bureau of Primary Health Care. Previously, he was director of urban health for the Bureau of Primary Health and has over 26 years of experience in the health care delivery and health policy industries.

At the time of induction, Price served as market manager of Mercedes-Benz. He began his career in 1975 and has served in different positions including regional sales manager for the Chicago region and manager of field operations. In his role as market manager, Price was responsible for the overall accountability of the retail network.

At the time of induction, Rich, III, served as senior vice president - Downstream Business, of Exxon Company, U.S.A., He commenced his career in 1965 as a retail salesman. After several marketing assignments, including retail business district manager in Long Island, the Anna native joined Esso and became vice president in 1990.

At the time of induction, Vonachen served as senior vice president of sales of Vonachen Service and Supply. He used his education at SIU Carbondale to develop the self-discipline that allowed him to succeed throughout his entire career in his father's company business.
