At the time of induction, Arroyo served as partner and co-chair of litigation service group of Keck, Mahin and Cate, a major Chicago law firm. While attending law school, he began his career in marketing with U.S. Gypsum Company and later joined Keck, Mahin and Cate, a Chicago law firm.

At the time of induction, Caruso served as executive vice president of the worldwide advertising agency Backer Spielvogel Bates, Inc. (BSB) and as general manager of the agency's Columbus, Ohio office. Caruso was also president of the Institute of Cultural Affairs and vice president of the International Board of Directors of ICA.

At the time of induction, Clairmont served as chairman and CEO of Nissen, a manufacturer and marketer of specialty meat products in Webster City, Iowa. He was twice named International Multifoods Consumer Division Profit Center Manager of the Year.

At the time of induction, Cook served as vice president, finance & chief financial officer of MacLeanFogg, a manufacturer of automotive and electrical parts. Previous positions include as vice president and chief financial officer at CR Industries and senior vice president and chief financial officer of Boulevard Bancorp.

At the time of induction, Disbrow served as partner of his own company Sleeper, Disbrow, Morrison, Tarro & Lively. He began his career with Ernst & Ernst and joined Peat Marwick & Mitchell before starting his own firm. Disbrow is a charter member of the SIU College of Business School of Accountancy Board of Advisors.

At the time of induction, Miner served as vice president of Program Management Office for Telops' Process Reengineering project at GTE Telephone Operations. Previous experiences include positions in Customer and Network Operations and International Operations Support.

At the time of induction, Tichy served as senior vice president and an institutional financial consultant with Vining-Sparks IBG. Previously, Tichy held positions as institutional sales representative and financial institution coordinator with Union Planters Investment Bankers Group, Inc. (UPIBG) and KPMG Peat Marwick.

At the time of induction, Tomala served as president and managing partner of Matrix Partners, Ltd., a marketing consulting and advertising company he founded in 1989 with his partner Dennis Abelson. Before owning his own company he worked for Quaker Oats, Sara Lee, Nestle and McCullough Cartwright.

At the time of induction, Waggoner served as executive vice president-north region of Firstbank of Illinois Co. Prior to assuming corporate responsibilities in 1994, Waggoner was employed at the United Illinois Bank of Southern Illinois since 1971 and had been president and chief executive officer since 1984.
