At the time of induction, Collard served as chairman of Strategic Management Partners, Inc. He also held positions as the president of Strategic Equity Capital Investment Fund, as a special advisor to an $80M Slovene Special Restructuring Programme privatization fund and as acting president for Delta Data Systems (NASDAQ).

At the time of induction, Ludwig served as president and chief operating officer of TECO Power Services that he founded in 1990. He began his career with New York State Electric & Gas Corporation and later became the president and chief operating officer of TECO Investments and TECO Finance.

At the time of induction, Merriman served as vice president, general manager of the Toshiba America Information Systems Electronic Imaging Division. Prior to this appointment, Merriman held positions with Addressograph Division of A.M. Corporation from which he transferred to Royal Business Machines and Konica Business Machines.

At the time of induction, Shear served as president and CEO of his own company, GENCO Distribution System, which is one of the country’s largest third-party logistics provider. Shear was a recognized entrepreneurial industry leader whose innovations in reverse logistics have notably changed the logistics landscape.
